Right of Withdrawal
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), customers within the EU are entitled to the following withdrawal rights.
Standard Products
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us and return the product in unused condition. Return shipping costs are at your expense. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Custom-Made Products
Custom-made products manufactured to your specifications are exempt from the right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive. However, for specification discrepancies or defective items, we will remake or exchange the product for unused items only.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This service is governed by the laws of Japan. However, for customers within the EU, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence shall prevail. In case of disputes, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance. Customers within the EU may also bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence.
