Terms and conditions for using our service

Article 1 (Scope)

These Terms of Service set forth the conditions for use of the services (the "Service") provided by Shinobi Baseball (the "Company") between the Company and customers who use the Service (the "Users").

Article 2 (Account Registration)

  1. The Service can be used without account registration, but registering allows you to access features such as order history.
  2. Those who wish to register an account shall do so by agreeing to these Terms and following the registration process specified by the Company.
  3. The Company may decline account registration in the following cases:
  • • If the registration information contains false information
  • • If there is a history of violating these Terms
  • • If the Company otherwise deems it inappropriate

Article 3 (Orders and Contract Formation)

  1. Please place orders following the procedures on our website.
  2. The contract is established upon sending the order confirmation email.
  3. Custom order products are manufactured according to your specifications, and therefore cancellations or changes cannot be accepted after the order is confirmed.

Article 4 (Payment)

Please pay for products and shipping costs using the payment methods specified by the Company.

Article 5 (Delivery)

  1. Products will be shipped to the address specified at the time of order.
  2. Estimated delivery times will be stated in the order confirmation email.
  3. Delivery may be delayed due to weather, traffic conditions, or other unavoidable circumstances.

Article 6 (Customs Duties, VAT, and Taxes)

  1. Customs duties, value-added tax (VAT), and other import taxes may apply according to the laws of the destination country/region.
  2. These costs are the responsibility of the customer in accordance with the regulations of the destination country.
  3. Please contact the customs office of your destination country/region for details.
  4. If customs duties are not paid, you will not be able to receive the product.
  5. If you are unable to receive the product due to non-payment of customs duties, we cannot provide a refund for the product or the shipping costs.
  6. These charges may include, in addition to government-imposed taxes, customs clearance or brokerage fees charged by the shipping carrier.

Article 7 (Prohibited Activities)

Users shall not engage in the following activities when using the Service:

  • • Activities that violate laws and regulations
  • • Activities related to criminal acts
  • • Activities that infringe on the rights of other users, third parties, or the Company
  • • Activities that destroy or interfere with the functions of the Company's servers or network
  • • Activities that may interfere with the operation of the Company's services
  • • Unauthorized access or attempts thereof
  • • Any other activities the Company deems inappropriate

Article 8 (Usage Restrictions and Account Deletion)

The Company may restrict all or part of the Service usage or delete the User's registration if the User falls under any of the following:

  • • Violation of any provision of these Terms
  • • Discovery of false information in registered details
  • • Failure to pay charges after the payment deadline
  • • Failure to respond to repeated contact attempts from the Company
  • • If the Company otherwise determines that the use of the Service is inappropriate

Article 9 (Limitation of Liability)

  • • The Company exercises reasonable care in providing the Service but does not guarantee against technical issues or service interruptions
  • • The Company's liability is limited to cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence

Article 10 (Intellectual Property)

Copyright and other intellectual property rights for content related to the Service (text, images, designs, etc.) belong to the Company or legitimate rights holders. Users may not reproduce, repost, modify, or sell these without the Company's permission.

Article 11 (Handling of Personal Information)

The Company appropriately manages Users' personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

Article 12 (Changes to Terms)

The Company may change these Terms when deemed necessary. Users will be notified of significant changes on our website.

Article 13 (Governing Law)

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Japanese law. However, this provision does not limit any consumer rights granted to you under the laws of your country of residence.
